Social Affairs Minister launches awareness campaign

The Minister of Social Affairs Pauline Irene Nguene, is currently in Yaounde, launching an awareness campaign for families and communities on the education of children with disabilities.

“9 out of 10 disabled children have problems accessing school, most live in the poorest regions of Africa,Asia and Latin America”, Pauline Irene Nguene, Minister of Social Affairs says.

“Our Country currently has 69 inclusive schools” Minister Pauline Irene Nguene says.

The campaign is carried out in collaboration with the ministries of Basic Education, Secondary and Higher Education.
